The architectural concept

1. Simplicity and Complexity (Peter Elsenman)
In the design of Peter Elsenman, one of his concept is simplicity and complexity. It means that using similar color over the complex structures. I have tried to use this concept in this light rail station. The station surface pattern is uneven so I used black color for the whole entrance.

2. Sequentiality and Porosity (Aldo Van Eyck)
I have tried to use the concept of porosity of this light rail station. The ceiling of this light rail station has a lot of holes. These holes can allow natural daylight to light up the station just like the photo above.
